Appointment of Jason Kadzban as New Clerk of Court
The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee is exceptionally pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Kadzban as our new Clerk of Court effective June 15, 2026.
Mr. Kadzban brings over 20 years of experience in the federal judiciary along with a proven track record of leadership and innovation. He has worked in IT at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan and at the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, including a year as the prestigious Director’s Leadership Resident. He has also served as Chief Deputy Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida and, most recently, as Chief Deputy Clerk for the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
As Clerk, Mr. Kadzban will oversee the court’s strategic direction, operations, and continued commitment to delivering exceptional value to customers, employees, and the local bar. We are excited about this new phase in leadership at the Court and look forward to seeing Mr. Kadzban’s vision for our community come to life.
