The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee is committed to our ongoing recruitment efforts. However, please be aware that a federal government shutdown is possible beginning January 31, 2026, if the continuing resolution signed by Congress expires on January 30, 2026.

 

In the event of a shutdown, hiring timelines and interview scheduling may be delayed. All position announcements will remain posted on USAJOBS, and we will continue to process applications as circumstances permit.
