What is the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC)? The BNC, established by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC), provides a centralized process for preparing, producing, and sending bankruptcy court notices by mail or electronic transmission.

Electronic Case Filing (ECF) Training / Login
CM/ECF filing requires a login and password which is available to attorneys and creditors (limited access). Requests for new
logins can take up to 2 business days.
Requests can be emailed to ecfhelp@tnwb.uscourts.gov or faxed to 901-328-3560.
CM/ECF Attorney Accounts – available to attorneys who are admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of
Tennessee (Local Rule 83.4 Attorney – Admission), appearing Pro Hac Vice or are representing the U.S. Government.

- Attorney Login Registration Training Waiver If You have an active CM/ECF account with another U.S. Bankruptcy Court Use this Form. Must Comply With #8 on waiver form to receive login/password.
- Limited User Login Registration Form
Available to individuals who wish to Request Notice (Not for Attorney Filer), File Proof of Claims, Object to Claims, Assign Claims, etc. Refer to the Electronic Case Filing Guidelines for a complete list of actions.
- Personal Financial Management Course Provider Accounts
Available for providers approved by the United States Trustee (link is external) to file the Personal Financial Management Course Completion Certificate.
