The U.S. Bankruptcy Court Clerkâs Office will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026, to perform a CM/ECF upgrade.
The CM/ECF upgrade will begin at 12:00 p.m. CT on April 3, 2026, and continue until approximately 8:00 a.m. CT on Monday, April 6, 2026. During this upgrade, the TNWB electronic system will be unavailable for filing and/or viewing pleadings and cases.
One Memphis Place will be open to the public. The Clerk's Office after-hour drop box is available 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on this date.
The James D. Todd U.S. Courthouse will be open to the public. The Clerk's Office after-hour drop box in the lobby is available 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on this date.
