To Add a Creditor to a Schedule

Beginning April 1, 2026, the CM/ECF event Motion to Add Creditors will no longer be available as a choice to use. The following Other (Miscellaneous) events continue to be available for use to add creditors to schedules:

               Amended Schedules D-H (Two or More Amended—One Fee Charged)

               Schedule D

               Schedule E/F

               Schedule G

               Schedule H

When using Schedule D, E/F, G, or H, the filer will be asked "Is This Schedule Being Amended?" If the schedule is being amended to add creditors, select YES at the prompt. There will also be a required filing fee prompt when adding a creditor to a schedule. When filing a Schedule to add a creditor use one of the official forms which are available at https://www.uscourts.gov/forms-rules/forms/bankruptcy-forms .

To Add a Creditor to a Chapter 13 Plan

After an Amended Schedule is filed to add a creditor to the schedule, file one of the following, as appropriate, if adding the creditor to the Chapter 13 Plan:

               Amended Plan

               Motion to Modify Plan After Confirmation
