• Proposed Guidelines
  The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee is in the process of revising the Guidelines for Electronic Case Filing. The proposed Guidelines are available for review by clicking on the following link "ECF_guidelines_2008.pdf". The proposed Guidelines will be posted for comment through June 2, 2008. New Attorneys wishing to appear telephonically --[4/1/2006] Attorneys wishing to appear telephonically must file a motion requesting such at least one week prior to the hearing at which they wish to appear telephonically unless otherwise approved by presiding judge.
