The Clerk's Office in the U. S. Courthouse - Jackson no longer has a DROP BOX available, for filing documents before and after office hours. Please call ( 731-421-9300) for information about
how you may begin filing electronically or visit the office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Electronic filing (CM/ECF) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Please Note:
Due to the implementation of electronic filing, any time that after-hours filing
is required, all petitions or pleadings deposited in an after-hours drop box for
the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of TN will no longer receive
the previous business day as the date of filing effective 11/20/03.
All petitions or pleadings will be deemed filed or received as of the next business day.
