Using the Opinion Search Tool
The Judges' Opinion search tool searches for the specific set of characters entered in the search field (not case sensitive). This includes spaces and any other punctuation or special characters.
The search tool will search on complete words, partial words, numbers or entire phrases. To narrow your search, use as many words as possible, but keep in mind, a single character difference from your search entry and the actual word(s) in the opinion will result in a missed search.
Selecting a specific judge will limit the search to the opinions of that judge.

| clark | all opinions with the word 'clark' anywhere within the document including one with 'Clarksville' in the document. |
| <sp>clark<sp> (a space before and after the word) |
all opinions with the word 'clark' anywhere within the document, but NOT 'Clarksville' because there is no space before and after the letters 'clark'. |
| ark | all opinions with the word 'ark' anywhere within the document including 'Clark', 'Arkansas', 'bark', etc. |
| A period (.) or letter 'a' | all opinions as every opinion contains at least one period or letter 'a'. (Caution: There are over 300 opinions on file.) |
All opinions are in Word Perfect 6 and up (WPD) or Portable Document Format (PDF).
